Pre-assembled amplifiers, electronics, and unused DIY parts may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of shipment delivery.
Purchasers must request a return by emailing stephen@lucidlabs.com . Shipping expenses are non-refundable; buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses and safe arrival of returned item(s) to Lucid Labs. Returned items must be in like new condition and include all original accessories.
